The LandlordIQ MCP API is subject to rate limits documented at /mcp/. Free-tier requests are 60/hour/IP; paid-tier 10,000/day per key. Abuse, scraping at higher than published limits, or attempts to circumvent rate limiting will result in IP or key bans.
The site and API are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero for free-tier users).
HUD, Census, and BLS data are public-domain. Other data sources are used under fair-use or are blended/derived rather than republished verbatim. See Data Sources.
